Eviction Notice

EVICTION NOTICE
Date: April 1, 2011

To: Mr. Landon Dean Fordham

To the above tenant in possession of below described premises:

I am issuing 13 day notice for EVICTION. You will have 13 days in which you can either gather your belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day. After which, you will be physically removed from the property.

You are being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the house, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made!

Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances.

After 13 days from this day that you don't comply with the notice will result in immediate and forceful removal at my discretion.

Thank you for your cooperation

Love,
Mommy

Georgia Baby Shower

I am so blessed to have not one but two amazing sisters-in-law. One in Texas and one in Georgia. Both of them hosted wonderful showers for me. On Friday, March 4th, my Georgia SIL Kristi and my best friend Melissa, along with my mother-in-law Linda (also wonderful!) threw a baby shower for me. It was an adorable Pea-in-the-Pod theme. Again, I was not very good with taking picture. Here are a few I did get of this amazing shower!

Maternity Pictures

While we were in Texas Ashlie took some maternity pictures for us. Even though she is just starting out with her photography she did and absolutely amazing job. She had some great ideas and really made me look like a hot mama! I couldn't have asked for better pictures! I am sure anyone watching us got a good laugh....Ahhh! what we won't do for a fabulous picture.

She took so many pictures but, I am only going to share a few with you because I am sure you are not as excited about them as I am!

Thanks Ashlie! You Rock!

A Baby Shower Texas Style!

I am finally back to the blogging world. The last few weeks have been super crazy busy and I finally have a little time to sit down and write about what has been going on...

(Most of this post is in the form of pictures because I wanted you to be able to see everything!)

The weekend of February 19th, Heath and I headed out to Texas to spend a little time with my family and to have our first baby shower. My sister-in-law, Ashlie and my aunt, Kathleen were kind enough to throw an amazing shower for us. Ashlie spent so much time making sure everything was perfect. She put Martha Stewart to shame with all the amazing little details and it all started with this adorable invitation.

A cute little welcome for all the guests.

I LOVE these banners she made. I know its a little hard to see but this one has his name on it.

and this one is so cute it is going with us to the hospital to put on our door.

Here is all the yummy food. How cute is that boot!

A chocolate fountain with every yummy thing you can think of to dip in it. My new favorite would be Twinkie dipped in chocolate...I may have had 3 or 4....

This punch was so AMAZING!!! and pretty too!

My favorite part is the cake. This has to be the cutest baby shower cake ever!!! It tasted like heaven...Devil's food cake with cherry filling!

Ashlie made sure everyone had a yummy treat to take home. These are miniature pies in apple, cherry and lemon.

Here is Heath and I at the shower

Opening gifts....

I love Heath's face in this picture...I am pretty sure he has no idea what he is holding!

Heath and I with our fabulous hostesses.

Proud Grandparents...

and Aunts, Uncles and cousin!

and Baby Landon's Great Grandparents

My dear sweet friend, Jamie...my belly is engulfing her!

and last but not least...all of our wonderful gifts.

We had a fantastic shower and enjoyed getting to see all of our friends and family. The best part was getting to celebrate Baby Landon. Heath and I want to say thank you to each and everyone who came. Thank you for your kindness and thank you most of all to Ashlie and Kathleen for hosting a wonderful party in honor of our baby boy-to-be!!!

What a difference a year makes...

This week last year Heath and I took Little trip to St. Augustine, FL for Valentines Day.

While were there we did this....

We visited the Ripley's Believe It or Not Fertility Statues....

On this same week, one year later, we are having our baby shower.

Now, I am not saying that this little visit to the statues had anything to do with that.

What I am saying is we visited them and 5 months later we saw this...

You be the judge!

If you would like to visit them in person, here is their 2011 schedule.

On my way to 8 Months!

I have been MIA in the blogging world for awhile, mostly because I am completely overwhelmed with things that I have going on right now. I am swamped at work and have a million things on my To-Do list at home. As a matter of fact I probably shouldn't even be sitting here right now, I should be doing something else...but, I'm not. I instead choose to share with you my lovely 7th month. Enjoy!

  • I have officially started seeing the Dr. every two weeks.
  • Heartburn = Massive Understatement
  • I have Braxton-Hicks contractions nearly everyday, sometimes several times a day.
  • Baby Boy is STRONG! I generally have to push various body parts back in because he apparently enjoys a good stretch
  • My belly last measured 32 cm...my uterus was 31.5 cm of that! Which means my entire stomach is uterus... makes me cringe a little!
  • Besides Heath, Kristi and Alyssa have been the only other two to feel him move. He gets shy when people try to feel him wiggling
  • I am registered at the hospital
  • He is in an oblique position, which he seems to prefer. He has yet to be head down. Right now head is directly at my left hip and booty is at my right rib cage. He love to ball up on the right side of my rib cage which makes for an interesting stomach shape.
  • I can only lay down for about 5-6 hours before my ribs start to ache and I either have to get up for awhile or prop myself upright into an almost sitting position.
  • I am almost as tired as I was in the first trimester. This exhaustion paired with my work load right now is not the best combination.
  • I am moving slower every day, if I move to fast my muscles protest.
  • While I still love chocolate cake, my current fascination is with Brey.ers Vanilla Ice Cream
  • I am so ready to meet him I can't stand it. Every baby show I see makes me cry.
  • I have also suddenly realized he is going to have to come out sooner than later...I am not exactly sure I feel about that process just yet...
  • I still love being pregnant!

Here is the photo recap...me at a full 7 months.

I CAN NOT believe how the time has flown!!! Next week we will be in Texas for the first baby shower. I am so excited to see everyone. Look for pictures of our weekend coming soon...if I don't drown under my own To Do list before then!

No Birthday Wishes

So, today is my thirty...uhhh....let's just say thirty-ish Birthday.

Tonight at dinner they brought me out a FABULOUS looking dessert with a candle in it.

When I looked at it I realized I had nothing to wish for.

For years every candle that was blown out, every star that was wished on, every coin into a fountain all had the same wish.

Finally, my wish came true! For now I have no wishes and I love it!

Don't get me wrong I am sure on future birthdays, I will have new wishes. I mean lets be honest designer shoes and handbags are always on the list.

For now though, there isn't anything more I want and I hope there are many more birthdays with no wishes to be had.
